PMRA (Pest Management Regulatory Agency) has announced a new position regarding the use of unlabelled tank mixes of commercial class pest control products used for crop production or vegetation management after discussion with CropLife and growers’ groups. Application of UNLABELLED tank mixes is permitted as long as both products are registered and being used within their registered use pattern (i.e. application rate, application timing, number of applications per season, pre-harvest interval, pest claim, etc.). This policy includes both on-farm and commercial seed treatments.
