About this Product

Protect your potato crop from disease for improved plant performance
Quadris Top fungicide protects potato crops from disease for improved plant performance. It combines two powerful active ingredients and provides highly effective protection against target diseases. And, because of translaminar and xylem-systemic movement, Quadris Top protects better than a contact fungicide.

Quadris Top also protects your other vegetable crops from disease for improved plant performance.  Quadris Top contains two powerful active ingredients with different modes of action for effective resistance management.

Product Benefits

  • Preventive control of early blight and suppression of white mould, black dot and brown spot in potatoes
  • Two powerful ingredients with different modes of action for effective resistance management
  • Low use rates and application flexibility – apply by ground or air
  • Quadris Top offers both translaminar and xylem-systemic movement, providing better protection than a contact fungicide.

Application Method

Air/Aerial, Airblast, Ground

Application Information

Potatoes:

  • For best results against black dot, apply Quadris Top as two of the first three foliar sprays early in the season.
  • For protection against brown spot, apply Quadris Top just following a period of very hot weather.
  • Apply Quadris Top starting prior to disease development on a 7–14 day spray interval.
  • If disease pressure is high, fungicide applications should be made no more than seven days apart.
  • Apply a maximum of three applications per season.

For Brassica leafy vegetables, Bulb vegetables, Carrots, Cucurbit vegetables and Fruiting vegetables:

  • Apply as a broadcast foliar spray in sufficient water (150 L/ac) for thorough coverage.
  • If disease pressure is high, use the highest rate and shortest interval.
  • Do not apply more than one treatment of Quadris Top before alternating to another fungicide with a non-QoI (Group 11) mode of action.

Refer to the label for detailed application instructions for all crops.

Mixing Order

Mode of Action

Quadris Top contains the active ingredients Azoxystrobin (Group 11) and Difenoconazole (Group 3).

Difenoconazole and azoxystrobin move throughout the leaf to the tip and from the upper surface – where the fungicide tends to land – to the underside of the leaf, protecting areas of the plant that fungicide applications typically miss.

Azoxystrobin moves quickly through the xylem of the plant (its water conducting system), providing protection to the entire plant, including new areas of growth.

Even with the best fungicide application, some areas of the plant are left exposed. With translaminar and xylem-systemic movement, Quadris Top fungicide provides maximum protection for your crop.
