| | | Key Responsibilities: | | | • Servicing and motivating an effective distribution network within the sales territory
• Expanding grower base by working with distribution partners and help to develop business plans on an annual basis
• Provide coaching in selling skills.
• Provide technical product information and product positioning to distribution partners and growers
• Trouble-shooting expertise, identify and manage solutions to agronomic issues
• Implement a demo plot program to support the sales effort in Ontario.
| | | Position Guidelines: | | | • Minimum B.Sc. in Agriculture (P.Ag)
• 5 – 7 years experience in field sales, crop production, crop planning and agronomic problem solving
• Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) - completed or in progress
• A passion for customer satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strongly committed to a teamwork environment
