Mode of Action

Revus contains the active ingredient mandipropamid.

Revus is a translaminar fungicide that uses LOK + FLO technology to provide fast, long-lasting disease protection. As soon as Revus is applied, it starts working. Through excellent contact activity, Revus kills ungerminated spores on the plant surface and sets up a barrier to further infection.

Revus is a preventative fungicide. Locking tightly to the waxy layer of the plant surface and slow penetration into the leaf tissue helps Revus deliver consistent, reliable results against many of the devastating oomycete pathogens that damage vegetable and fruit crops.

LOK + FLO Technology:

  • By rapidly bonding to the waxy layer of the leaf, Revus provides excellent rainfastness as soon as spray droplets have dried.
  • Through translaminar movement, Revus penetrates plant tissue to provide control on both upper and lower leaf surfaces.
  • Revus delivers long-lasting preventative protection for disease control throughout the leaf surface, even when environmental conditions favour disease development.

Resistance Management

In potatoes, up to four applications of products containing mandipropamid, including Revus and Orondis™ Ultra fungicide, can be made per season.
