Steve Hawkins, Global President, Syngenta Crop Protection, recently joined Trevor Heck, President, Syngenta Canada, in the Guelph office for a fireside chat.
This visit was particularly special as it marked a homecoming for Steve, who began his Syngenta journey in Canada, not far from the Guelph location. Over 100 team members based in Southern Ontario gathered at the office to welcome Steve. During the fireside chat, Steve shared invaluable insights drawn from his many assignments around the world, touching on leadership, culture, and the global agricultural market.
