ICE Close: Canola Eases to End Week

Canola futures closed a bit lower on Friday, pressured by losses in other vegetable oils.

Declines in Chicago soybeans and soybean oil weighed on canola, as did losses in palm oil and European rapeseed. The January contract chopped mainly sideways this week, with no clear direction.

November soybeans fell $1 to $617.50, and January dropped $1.30 to $632.50.
